Refund policy

Digital downloads

Drum kits, sample packs and digital albums are delivered as a download link by email right after purchase. Because the files can't be returned, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If your link doesn't arrive or a file won't open, email support@marcopolobeats.com with your order number and we'll re-send it or sort it out.

Vinyl, CDs, cassettes and merch

You can return a physical item within 14 days of receiving it, as described in our Right of Withdrawal. Send it back in the condition you received it. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered.
